Yes. You don't need to know Squarespace or Shopify. Send your request by email in plain words, and we handle the rest.
Do I need any add-ons?
Most small sites don't. Core care covers monitoring, monthly checks and small edits. Add extras only when your site needs them.
Do you work on sites you didn't build?
Yes. Any Squarespace or Shopify site, built by anyone. The free audit in week one shows us exactly what we're taking over.
Is there a long contract?
No. Plans run month-to-month and you can cancel with 30 days' notice. There's no setup fee.
How fast do you reply?
Within 48 hours on core care. Add Priority replies and you get same-day answers on business days.
What if I need something bigger than my plan covers?
We quote it as a fixed price first. Nothing starts until you approve it, so there are no surprise invoices.
Do I keep ownership of my site?
Always. Your site, domain and accounts stay in your name. We work through a contributor or collaborator login you can remove anytime.
Can I change my plan later?
